Extremely likely Arsenal are delaying sending the tickets so they can use their usual BS 'Safety advisory group' to cut the allocation so we don't have the time to appeal it.
These days, LFC do not need to wait to receive the physical tickets to announce the ticket details, or even to sell them.

But there could very possibly be ongoing dialogue re the allocation, which is delaying things.

I'd be very surprised if we get the full 9k but I am hopeful for 6k+ at least

7,600 tickets.

On sale to those with one credit, then to all members:

https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/arsenal-v-liverpool-fa-cup-away-ticket-details
"We have received an allocation of 7,600 tickets for this fixture. The reduction from the full allocation of 9,000 tickets is a decision made on safety grounds due to the dangers of persistent standing in the away upper tier section of Emirates Stadium. The initial allocation received was 5,200, and we have worked with Arsenal and the Grounds Safety Advisory
Board who have supported our efforts to raise our allocation to 7,600."

Hopefully the cheeky twats don't sell out, would serve them right.

Does anybody have an idea (ballpark, of course) how many will be available for the all members sale?

Our largest allocation out of the two qualifying games last season (Brighton and Wolves,) was Wolves with 4,817 tickets.

7,600 - 4817 = 2,783 but then there's priority rights holders, hospitality and the club just skimming tickets off as they usually do.

About 2,000 if we're lucky is my guess.

Why is it not an issue for Leyton Orient to persistently stand?

No worries, might be slightly more as I guess not every single person who qualifies will buy a ticket (especially given the prices and it just being after xmas/ new year) but most will.

Indeed, if they get through and get some 3rd division team they'll magically be giving 9k tickets out again, it's a farce. If there's such a safety problem that part of the stadium should be shut down till it's fixed.

And £53 for adults in the Upper Tier & £40.25 in lower. I suppose that's what the home fans pay.

So used to just paying a standard £30 for aways.

7,600 will, I suspect, be about right for anyone that actually wants to go to the match given the price, timing just after xmas, location and the fact it's the 3rd round, except it won't be because people will buy the ticket with no intention of going to get the credit and then tout it.

Couple of questions
- NFCs now go to the individual membership e-mail addresses, rather than the lead booker?
- Does it allow you to get junior tickets on adult memberships? (given the non-transferable, etc)

The mind boggles as to why they go straight to all members. Why don’t they base it off 19+ credits or something similar. Someone could buy a membership get lucky and have more away credit than someone who’s been spending time and money supporting the team for years

So if some of our allocation is in the upper tier why don’t we get the full 9k? That tells the lie to it being a safety issue.

If clubs can arbitrarily reduce away allocations then why wouldn’t we or any club do the same?

We seriously need to reduce their tickets for the league game and/or a potential replay and appeal to the FA.

The fact that they offered 5,200 is just disgraceful.

I don’t wanna start this but having the sale as a general STH and members will mean these tickets will fall into the wrong hands. It will be tout central

Why can’t they use home cup attendance or at least be registered in the ACS

Totally agree.

At the very least it should only be members who bought their membership in August.

If it’s a safety issue then they should be giving us 7600 tickets in the space for 9000 seats as presumably they’re worried about space and crowding and people falling etc?

Otherwise 7600 tickets in 7600 seats is no safer. They’re blatantly trying it on here.

Can someone with insider connections ger this escalated before the sale. This will be the last chance in the next decade of ever getting to an fa cup away game and it goes to a general members and STH sale…it’s just pathetic really.

doing this keeps it a closed shop, make it drop but make it impossible to get one.

I mean are you expecting all 100,000 members to get sorted or something?

The fact there will be around 3k tickets for people with no history is the very definition of not a closed shop, it doesn’t rest on whether or not you get one

no but the point is, that last year there was no legitimate way of getting tickets while someone could bot multiple accounts with a script. My mate was 30th in the brighton queue while there where over 100/200 tickets left and it sold our before he could even click the page.

How?  Surely the links for the NFC passes can just be forwarded, so even easier than having to hand over paper tickets?
