Central midfield is the only position where our players are over 26. Partey and xhaka are 29 and 30. Rice and Caciedo are the dream long term replacements for Arteta. After that I expect the signings to stop and if the club is established in CL then, then the once silent Stan Will get his money back.

His personal wealth is twice that of Boehly, so maybe it’s an ego thing, or maybe once the Spotify guy bid 1.5bn for the club and had Henry and the fans on board Kroenke knew it’s time to step up.
