TNT commentators wondering why the game that TNT chose to send Liverpool fans on 7am trains/5am coaches to a bit of London with no nearby pubs in a stadium notorious for a crap atmosphere is flat.

As i said previously, for me its time for him to move on and for us to get a new, more hungry and def more technical forward.
Nunez might, thats a big might,  be worth one more season, but id quite happily move him on aswell.
£150m + and id freshen up our attack, as long as diaz doesnt push for a move of course.

I thought for sure he was a left back, but you are the second one who has called him a right back, so I guess I'm wrong. Would be really strange to drop money on a RB, though. I do think he has some positional versatility, though, so maybe that's what they are thinking.

Mongy, listen to moi not that sorry excuse of an educator.

Evrey manager needs a utility man mate. Also he's young too and with it being Quansah's second season next season, Matip going probably and who knows when Gomez will break down he would be good cover.
I agree mate but Gomez has been excellent this season. He fills those gaps across the back four. I know what you mean about injuries but he’s looked fit and healthy this last year. We need an out and out centre back, a number 6 and 2 forwards.

It wasn't a goal kick. Areola caught the ball. Once he throws it onto the floor it is a different phase of play.

Yeah, I just remembered it didn't go out. But still, I don't think it can be an advantage if the keeper has the ball in his hands. (As you said).

Hindsight is always 20/20.

If Nunez does brilliantly next year people will point to all the positive indicators with hindsight.

Inverse is also true. Utterly pointless

That report wasn't written in hindsight though.  It was written before he came to Liverpool and predicted with an alarming amount of accuracy what we would get from him.  Maybe he'll come good next season, but so far we've seen exactly what that report said we would. That's not hindsight, it's the very antithesis of it.

But it's a goal kick. How can that be an advantage? There is a break in play.

It’s not a goal kick.

He waves play on after Areola gets up.

Tory MP Dan Poulter defects to Labour.

But standing down at next election.
How does this work? I live in this constituency and he has a massive majority, one that I doubted he’d lose at the next election.

Presume the Tories will put someone else up against him. Should at least make it interesting, instead of the usual Tory landslide here
