Gonna have to go up to the ticket office now to sort , can’t trust them to get it right , I’ve had my phone ping through the night with payments before but it’s past the days they said for sales so worried now

My account now shows my Villarreal ticket just showed up in my history.
It's showing as having been paid for on the 16th,maybe not showing up in
credit card accounts because of the bank holiday?

Mine was in my reservations again so I just went in and bought it, given it failed last month, but they really need to sort their system as mine is working fine in other places. But thankfully that's the last one for now.

Mine was too. I've just had the "failed payment" email like Benfica but that xane after the Confirmation from when I went it and got it so assume I can ignore it. It's showing in my history and under tickets. It's like matches, some aren't easy but glad I have this to check

Might or might not having anything to do with them trying to process payments over a bank holiday weekend?

Had a 'card declined' email again, so I had to manually pay with the same card they tried again and it went through fine.

Stated I only had a two day window this time from today until 22nd to pay otherwise the ticket, credits, chance at a final ticket etc will be lost. I check my email like a hawk in case this happened but the fact so much would be potentially lost if that didn't go through is shocking you only get a two day window for it. I shudder to think how furious I would be if I didn't see it in time.

I'm just glad others said about the issues so I knew to check my reservations and buy it (last time), so I was half expecting it to happen again. Just hoping next season is smoother  :-\

Has anyone had any dealings or got any alternative information on the Additional Enrolment Period for the Auto Cup Scheme for the Champions League?

My partner and I sit in different stands and signed up for this last year, which allowed us to get two seats together and therefore one of us could take one of our kids this year. However, I was pretty shocked last year when it suddenly said there was to be a ballot to see who was eligible. Luckily, I was successful in the ballot but there was no mention of any ballot beforehand so I was pretty concerned that we almost lost our Auto Cup Scheme entitlement by potentially losing out in the ballot. Just came off a chat with the Ticket Office and they confirmed (after several questions to them to get a definitive answer) that if you don't renew your Auto Cup Scheme with your main season ticket renewal and opt to go into the Additional Enrolment Period, you are at risk of not getting a ticket and then being out of the Auto Cup Scheme forever. As I'm aware contradictory things come out of the Ticket Office all the time (they told me earlier this year that I could move seats but just now they have said it's now policy that only for a disability), has anyone else got any confirmatory/contradictory information on the Additional Enrolment Period.

If I remember rightly... Going forward they won't let you move, they should have implemented this last season, however they messed up with the announcements and had to cram in the 'move' sale and made all those ballots successful (you were never actually balloted)

Should be clearer next year, was just a cock up on communication

Was hoping for the CL they’d go back to those 4 (2019/20) but include one from the previous season. We weren’t guaranteed the season after that year because we got knocked out so early in the comp

Yes - would not be ideal to drop off the ladder after years of home credits. I don't seem to remember the euro ACS being such a bun fight 5-8 years + ago; pretty sure they didn't sell out on the first day, unless the criteria made it guaranteed? I may be imagining that.

I guess it will be massively oversubscribed after this season.

It's been getting progressively worse over recent years. A fuss gets kicked up about it but then goes quiet until the next sale where the headaches begin again

Yeah I think I remembered a couple dropping off the ladder so they’ll have another shot at the CL.

Is it the STHs who get priority as they have an option to keep their seat/move somewhere else first in the ground? Or has that changed now?

why did they specifically do a ballot last year? was it the last year that ST's could jump on without credits? (even then so the credits wont count for the upcoming season)

because it's the fariest way when it's over subscribed, same reason they did it for bulk sales

Not sure which year was the last for STH to jump on without credits but 19/20 we were knocked out in the RD16 rather than getting to the final like the previous 2 campaigns meaning more people had all credits due to UEFA taking more as you go through the comp.
