One of our three season tickets got moved for champions league game. If we want to sit together do we have to wait for additional enrolment to pick seats? Can't remember what we had done previously because all our seats used to be moved. This year 2 of us didn't have the option to pick a new seat.

Has anyone worked out/found out what the problem with Saved Credit cards was. Just wouldnít accept mine for most of the season?

It was a known bug that they failed to fixÖ just need to re enter the card ever time. There was also a regular issue with NatWest cards apparently Ö

Yeah I haven't seen that either. But considering the club said that credits from 21/22 wouldn't count, that would be my guess

Seeing as they did a ballot for the season just gone using 19/20 credits it'll almost certainly be the same for next season unless people don't enroll for some reason.

I got an email yesterday saying my membership has expired so have been trying to contact the ticket office to get it sorted.  Have just got a new bank card sent in the mail so wasnít able to pay atm.  Am going to head in Thursday and try and get it sorted in person.

There no need to renew until a few days before the bulk sale in mid-July. Donít bother doing it now unless you really want the 10% off the club store otherwise thereís no other real benefit!

Nothing surer - Expect it to be a oversubscribed by a lot - And some with years of loyalty to miss out

I'm sure I read somewhere - may be wrong - That when they had the ticketing forums (I had a mate on them also) That ST's would be treated the same as members after the initial tick the box period was over. That appears to have been scrapped

You read something which you've recalled incorrectly
ST holders can't jump on without credit, they're guaranteed ACS if you have credit - before, they were guaranteed ACS without it, they could hop on and off ACS each season as they please - that's the change you recall

The club have the opportunity to make ACS a guaranteed sale like they did with the late members sales this last season of doing 1 from the year prior

The reality is, you had a 95% chance in the ballot last year for ACS, and then it didn't sell out... so they opened it up to everyone who was unsuccessful and it still didn't sell out

I reckon we'll see a guaranteed sale this season for ACS, and if we don't - we will in 2023/24 where the club then say if you join ACS now you'll be guaranteed every year until you drop off it. Expansion is perfect for doing that

Be interesting to see if they let new season ticket holders jump onto ACS once the expansion is done if they don't have credit on members cards

What do you think you will need for the guaranteed ACS sale? Will they go back a few seasons if itís going to be guaranteed permanently for the same people. Surely they couldnít let the lucky ballot winners be the winner of permanent ACS

Nobody knows anything. All guesswork.

For what it's worth I don't think there will be a "lifetime" ACS

Does any remember the odds for being successful in the ACS last season in Europe? Pretty sure it was very high. Not sure why it canít be guaranteed

Iíve been in the kop since 2014 for every comp. I got lucky last season with two seats together again but it was literally scraping the barrel by the time I got in to choose the seats.

I'd guess they have a commitment to only let X amount on the ACS and it will change on a yearly basis as STH decide to pick and mix

95% ish

ACS can't be guaranteed to those with credit from just the 1 season as too many qualify for how many seats they can promise

UEFA have a shocking allocation and give some back every game, the club sell these to members each game and they gain credit, but then when ACS comes round the club cant put those seats into ACS, so there's more members than ACS

There's a lifetime members sale, there's a lifetime season ticket, and ACS for season ticket holders, and a lifetime away ladder - so dont see why a lifetime home cup games can't happen

Agree. It's the only one of the lot that I would benefit from so am keen for it to be fair across the board :)

Usually late June, but last year they did them all over the place with only CL and LC together and the FA cup late in the year.

The fallout on twitter is fantastic...

Let me guess, people who managed to get to games last year due to credits not counting, and it repeatedly being made clear credits wouldn't count, now want the credits to count?
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."
