Why do STs get an additional enrolment period, is that normal? I'm sure it'll still be straightforward for the rest of us like, just curious.

They had the option to renew when renewing their season tickets but the club also said at the time (and have done every year) that they can enrol at a later date if they wish to change seat to sit with friends etc

Thats what that period is, they still have to meet the same requirement as members (the 2 games) to enrol though where as they haven't needed to in previous years

About the most positive thing the ticket office have done in recent years

Isn’t the second STH sale primarily used for those wanting to move away from their league spec

Sorry if it’s been mentioned here recently but can’t find anything, in the event of someone in the ACS returning a ticket to the club for a European game is that person then chucked out of the scheme for the rest of the season?

Cheers for letting me know, seems a bit draconian given someone might be sick etc but I’m sure there’s a good reason to have that rule.
Interestingly I’ve looked through the FAQS for the ticket exchange and ACS and can’t find it mentioned and as you say one or two might not realise and mess up.

becuase the ticket exchange isnt live for cup games for this very reason

Yeah its just for ones wanting to relocate

I'm hoping the guaranteed CL sales continue too, I like that change - yes it benefits me but it seems somewhat bonkers that they will have guaranteed sale for league but not the cups

Everyone who registered to be in the ACS for FA cup, whether on 1 or 2 games were 'successful' despite the wording on the sale notice page

Anyway, nice to see the ones on 2 games get the priority over the seats even tho both are guaranteed, bit like the 13+ and ballot successful sale

Or contacting the club and asking for a refund and to be removed from ACS

It's always been the same for the ACS. I don't know why anyone would think you could get a refund on a ticket, and then still be in it.
