Milner's managed to get a booking in the first 8 minutes for sending both Barry and Baines into the upper anny. Pretty harsh decision for the yellow though as Baines was in his blind spot and they just collided.

We had a nice 60 seconds of possession there, in which we conspired to surrender possession and gift Everton a shooting opportunity.

We're leaving a lot of pockets of space over the pitch for the Everton players to drop into. Must be frustrating the shit out of Jurgen.

One thing for sure, this is not a dour game. Good pace from both teams - no fannying about by either side.

We're just looking slightly uncoordinated at the moment. Some poorly timed tackles and lost possession in the first 15 minutes.

The team needs to relax and remind themselves that we're at home against a team in the bottom half.
