I refreshed one of my browsers and it’s been in for 11 minutes but is a lower queue position than my others. Mental

I noticed in a local gen sale that firefox/chrome weren't automatically refreshing properly, and if you just keep refreshing it can actually push you up in the queue, or clearing cookies/cache and then joining again can achieve a lower position. Which is fucked up but if you have other browsers worth messing about with if it says over an hour anyway.

I think the issue is that the date was only fixed on Tuesday night so there won't have been enough time for STH and away returns yet. With any luck it will mean more tickets via late drops which suits me much better. Never had a fig in a schedule bulk or additional sale.

the actual number of tickets from the fan update was very low

The problem is that the touts who lost their cards with 13+ in the fan update probably immediately bought a new card.
Today's sale was free for all, so they qualify on those cards.

See, the other additional sales 4 minutes would definitely guarantee you an attempt at main stand upper.

Definitely less tickets available. And we can't win it at Crystal Palace (unless city lose a game prior). So there should still be the same amount of returns in the home end.

Me too, not been able to get a ticket for five years! Can't even get past the queuing stage unless I wait like three hours, and  by then it's pointless because they've all gone.

I'd like to think the new one will be better, but if the demand is still there then I don't see how it'll make getting a ticket any easier?

Worth a try with an alternative system. Pity I won't have access to as many games next season though. Been a massive struggle this season.

Demand will still be there but hopefully there can be something to stop the dodgy practices that we suspect are going on, and just to make it more efficient and quicker at updating you, and at least not leave you in a queue for hours on end when it's clear there are no tickets left.

Edit: my waiting time has suddenly dropped to 5 minutes...

Something to stop multiple browsers and bots would be good.  Although even on these major ticketing sites for big events bots are still an issue

I got in at 8:40 and tried until 9:30 before giving up. Maybe 15 minutes to test it out, see if you at least get an attempt at something

It says Sold Out on the main page - not the most accurate guide but I've found after a morning members sale if that's up at 10am then that's it. But as we all say, you never know.
