Topic: New blood in midfield- but who?

The message that is coming through loud and clear on here is that the midfield is lacking in creativity and Smicer, Berger, Barmby etc are not our long term future. Only Hamman, Gerrard and Riise are safe I feel.

Who do we replace these players with?

I think Duff, always looked good when ive seen him got a good right foot, so could play on the right, cutting in on his left or putting crosses in.

Just watched the blue shite lose to Blackburn   and Duff again is crying out to be playing on our wing. The lad is awesome. I see him being a future Giggs (but ours...)
