Klopp views the Cups as important and has played strong sides so far and this wont change on Tuesday.

It will be tight as the last 10 games played between both sides has seen only 4 goals conceded, 1 from Spurs and 3 from Liverpool.

Normally i never really want any rotation in the cups but there are a few players who either need to be brought into some form or still look very rusty. The likes of Moreno, Origi, Sturridge, Can should all really be starting. With no european football its really tough to keep everyone ticking along.

Ings didn't play in the U23s game vs Everton today - could well be the squad vs Spuds?

Ings and Origi up front would be good to see - and a few more of the lads who've not played much too so far this season - as would a 5-0 win over the squeamish Spurs.

Think Spurs have Leicester at home on Saturday after a tough away draw vs Bournemouth last Saturday - should be interesting to see who plays in this.

If he can emerge as cover for Clyne he could save us millions. I've really liked what I've seen of him for the U23's but he needs competitive football.

I think he will go fairly strong but throw in 4-5 changes. Think Spurs looked a bit leggy yesterday so they might make a few changes too. My team for what it's worth:

Hopefully we see ings get some game time as well. Bit of a dilemma for us. Do we go full strength and risk not being at 100 percent on Saturday or go with a weaker team that need gametime.

That would be a real shame. Apparently he's looking boss in the under 23's. Will be interesting to see what happens in terms of Klopp dealing with problem players. No way back once you cross him, or time spent in purgatory to prove yourself?
