I went to a funeral today and all I could think about was that scene in the IT Crowd where Roy says "I'm so sorry for your loss. Move on".

Am I a bad person?

I went to visit a customer today.  I asked them could I use their computer - a woman said yes and pointed to the next room.  I knocked on the door and the people inside told me to wait.  I didn't want to wait so I turned to the lady at the front desk and said can I fix the problem here -I'll only take 30 seconds.  She said yes.  After thirty seconds the problem was fixed and I left their office.
