Topic: Anyone Watch 'The England Football Shirt Sting'?

This programme has just finished on BBS2 as part of the Money Programme series. It followed a member of Umbro around as they battled against counterfeit shirts in the UK.
They targeted and visited a factory in Thailand that was making the new England Away shirt and seized thousands of shirts.

What was interesting was that in the background, the "new Liverpool shirt" was being faked like the one below...


There were loads of Liverpool badges around mixed in with the England Security holograms. The design hasn't even been confirmed yet.

They have been up on ebay for quite a while... i doubt that our shirt will look like that, it will probably be a slight variation on the world cup kit design theme, but not identical, that is basically the denmark home shirt 05/07 with a carlsberg and lfc badge on top

Looked like the real deal to me though.... looks very retro will try and get some pictures tomorrow when I see me mate again.

That's a terrible shirt. I suddenly feel much better about our away kit from last season, except in that case it actually was our shirt

thats the ugliest collor I have ever seen, the rest of the shirt isnt that bad
