A phenomenal player - but he can go now. I really don’t give a shit how he felt yesterday - to disrespect the man who made you in public, deliberately, is unforgivable.

Thanks Mo, but don’t let the door hit you on your arse. You can go and join the plethora of fantastic footballers who have represented this club, but have massive chips on their shoulders  :wave

Jurgen Klopp is a thousand times the man you could ever dream to be.

Get fucked.

I’ve never enjoyed it less than I do now - I don’t think Klopp imminently leaving helps that obviously

On the Football Weekly podcast, Jonny Liew made a great point that I tend to agree with upon reflection. The reality is out of Man City and Arsenal, we are the third best team and I think this is just us setting in to the mean currently. We've re-built our entire midfield and we still have more work to do as a team.

It's disappointing, but outside of a period mid-season we've never truly been convincing. We can point to awful injuries and some truly bizzare decisions which went against us, but that's all part of the luck you need to win a title. Loads to be positive about this season, but April has shown us that we have some pieces of work to do across the whole team.

When you look at the underlying numbers and not just the points on the board we are the third best time in the league.

True but who’s to say Slot can’t have the same pulling power soon enough

Because nobody had heard of him until about 4 days ago

Nope I'm not enjoying it either and it's not the performances, its football as a whole. Hate the Premier League, hate the c*nts that have latched on, hate the media but most of all I hate PGMOL and the cheating corrupt c*nts who run it and the c*nts we get as officials who are blatantly doing their best to fuck us over.

I'll still go to a few games next season, my kids wanna go and I can't be a c*nt and say no. My youngest is hoping that, now we can't win the league, the c*nts will fuck off and lose interest and we can get another game in this season, but I'm not arsed, although it would be nice to be at the last game to see Jurgen off, but that will be in demand with no marks who couldn't give a fuck, but wanna be there just to say they were.

Areola was time wasting. First of all pretending he was injured from gathering the ball. He then thought he had a free kick (He didnt), he then threw the ball way forward and started messing with his socks. Areola has confused the ref and the ref has blown to stop the farce. Unfortunatley he has added to it, and I swear as he marches back down the pitch he is wondering what he is going to do, before telling Areola he needs treatment. Correct Decision was to leave the whistle and let Gakpo score, because Areola has now finished the injury charade and is in the taking his time with the free kick he hasnt been given charade.

I think our data team got very little wrong with regard to recruitment when their powers were at their peak. Keita? But even that went would because of repeated injuries and those injuries weren't present at the time he was sold. When the data team's powers regressed with Klopp gaining more and more influence, Edwards and Ward left. Since they left I think we have been gambling more and more with blank slates with a lower floor but a higher ceiling. The trouble with that is you have to do more coaching to get them to the finished article. Mane, Salah, Firmino, Gini, VVD, Allison, were all further along in their development.

Agree with this. We haven't replaced Mane and Firmino and I'm happy Edwards is back.

If ...IF the rumours are true about Chelsea needing to sell in order to comply with FFP, a cheeky bid for Nkunku perhaps, or would we class him in the 'injury prone' category?
