I think a £20 free bet is a bit shit in that case. I'd defo want one that was equivalent to my stake, but I guess it just depends on the person you're dealing with. You could raise it up with a complaint but it may not get anywhere, as you mention earlier the terms state cash out isn't guaranteed.
Given the bet was available during the game, that suggests they did have a feed and odds wouldn't increase that much to reduce a cash out value to zero as soon as a game kicks off.

Yeah opta stats confirm they only had 10 tackles. I wasn't following it after about 60 mins and they only had about 5 or 6 by then, so I was surprised when at full time they had got 12. I didn't check it at that point as just assumed it was correct.

Check your PM's - I'd be well happy if they matched my original stake but they won't. I had quick chat online today with person who offered me £20 as goodwill gesture and to close my issue down and I declined that offer.

Exactly what I've said. You had the feed so that can't be a reason for it (the traders are lazy imo). The worst it got to was just a tad over evens and that was BEFORE goal went in before end of the first half injury time. Early goal in second half (first five minutes iirc) reduced the chance of over 2.5 gls to under 1.1 on their exchange. Why tell me to download the app or use a different browser if it wasn't available inplay or suspended?

You do love a unique bet haha. I stick to strictly goals unless picking teams for this thread. I wouldn't have checked either if it had paid out like yours did. Bet builders are becoming increasingly popular.
