I think Southampton win the prize for "most like a Nationwide set of fans"...
Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controlling the ball and of making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple - Bill Shankly.

Ok, so I's 10,000ks away and watching it on TV but the Leeds lot gave it a good go last season. Of course at the end who was sitting/lying down?

Er, we had a few other things on our minds second half that day .... the news went round the ground about Gerard very quickly...

The best renditions are from fans who are laughing as they sing it.  Funny that they think we've never heard it before.

I don't care who was the best...I want to plug up the mouth of every last one who sings it.

I'm used to the "sign on...sign on..." I get it every morning the moment I see Maden...it hasn't yet dawned on him I already have a perfectly secure job, poor lad :-\

I thought the Sunderland fans did a good job back in November.  I was sitting in the Annie Road end right next to the demilitarized zone and they were quite loud.  In fact those bastards drowned out "You'll Never Walk Alone" which I didn't like because it was my first visit to Anfield.
