Went past there today, there was a 'Villa Medina' flag on one pole but I missed what the other two were as the complete tackiness of the garden had me transfixed!

I used to live around Mossley Hill in the late 1990's when studying at LJMU, always happy memories. Can't recall the big hoose though.

I was wrong - it wasn't this.

It looks like this (San Marino) except, instead of the 3 castles in the middle, it has 3 yellow feather-like emblems.

No mate, today's main flag is exactly as you posted and I quoted. If anything the flag has a slightly darker shade of blue

Dunno mate, development could be a bit more costly and complicated due to the old tanks being there. Considering its a nice area its obviously not attractive enough for developers.
