Southampton vs Liverpool is on Sky at 5:30pm on Saturday and there is a way to watch it for FREE on Now TV
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/now-tv#deal31509You can get a free 24-hour Sky Sports web pass (usually £10) which you can activate at any time over the next year to catch the big footie, rugby and golf events. What's more, it works via web-streaming, so even if you don't have Sky TV or a box, you can still get this.
How do I get the free pass?
Register on the Capital One Facebook page to receive a Now TV code – it’ll be sent to your email address or you can jot it down for later. Max 250,000 codes to be given away.
If you haven’t already, register to Now TV* (or sign into it) to add your code to your account by Sun 2 Mar. You'll need to provide payment details, but your card won't be charged if you're only using this offer.
You can use the pass any time within 12 months
While you must use the code before Sun 2 Mar to get the day pass, once you've got it, the pass is valid for a year.
This means you can save it for later to watch England cricket matches, Heineken Cup rugby, Formula 1 races, golf majors or Manchester City winning the Premier League (Martin forced us to add the last one. Of course, we can't guarantee it will happen - many of us don't want it to - but he's the boss!)
Simply click the ‘sports’ tab and the ‘activate’ pass’ button when you’re ready to start streaming. You'll then have free access to Sky Sports for the next 24 hours.
Why is Capital One doing this?
Capital One has entered sports sponsorship by sponsoring the eponymous ‘Capital One Cup’ (the League Cup as was). These passes are being given away as part of its general marketing and brand building campaign. And of course you have to like its Facebook page to get one.
What is Now TV?
It’s Sky's web-streaming service; a kind of pay-as-you-go scheme (there’s no subscription) to watch sports and movies via your broadband connection. Whether you're a Sky customer, have already signed up to Now TV or neither, you can get the free 24-hour pass.
