Allies on Trial

Watching this now on BBC World. Apparently it was shown in the UK on Wednesday. Some of the arguments used have been quite dire, if factually incorrect.

Did anyone see this on Wednesday?

Why must they use emotive arguments? If it's meant to be a mock trial, surely they should use evidence in the arguments and save the emotion for the opening/closing statements?

It's fluctuated for me so far. It seems to impress and then someone spouts bollocks, spoiling it all.
