All done, nice and smooth for once.Just noticed one of my IE browsers still says the site is closed! Anyone sorted had the email yet?
Email took a few minutes....
08.46 GMTSupporters with less than 13 home Premier League home games recorded during season 2016-2017 should not join the queue as you will be unable to purchase tickets in todays sale.
Weirdly it had gone to my spam for the first time ever.
Still waiting for my email
Craig Burnley V West Ham - WEST HAM WIN - INCORRECT
Was worried things were going to go tits up. Didn't auto refresh until 8.16 but gave me a 6 minute wait. In after about 5. Then my browser was absolutely slow as fuck. Probably took twice as long doing it than it should have. Sorted now though in every stand I was going for for each game. Good luck everyone. See some of you back here again tomorrow
The problem with the 13+ sale is the demand for kop tickets due to the large price difference, perhaps they should have a split queue, 1 for the whole ground and 1 for everywhere expect the kop to seperate out the people who want tickets in the main / kenny from the start. Better yet woudl be to reduce the corners of the upper main to £37 same as the sides on the kop.
Started with 18 mins waiting time... estimated time went up and down ...but eventually elapsed time was about 21 mins - think they are trying to be too clever with the estimates. Anyway in and relatively painless (compared to summer!), although I do find it ridiculous that I have to take time off work twice a year to do this.
How are they being clever. The estimate you were given was 18 minutes. You were in after 21. That's in the same ballbark. In regards to finding it ridiculous having to do it twice a year, would you rather they done it on a game by game basis, so 19 times a year?
Perhaps if we tweet/email them that having a 13+ sale for all games was a 'good' experience they may keep it in place for July. Reinforce positive behaviours.....
Surely, surely, SURELY it won't be as bad as the events of July..... Praying for a smooth morning, in and out within an hour and getting at least half the games in the Kop (seeing as I didn't get a single one in the first sale, despite being on 19) and I'll be happy!
Well, that was a fucking pain - longest ever waiting time, loads of seats unavailable, had to shell out more for Spurs and Newcastle. Fucking joke of a system.
