So far the system hasn't crashed and thats a good think! But theres still the issue of way to many users login in at once. The only way they can make it fair and less traffic is if they start with 17, 15, 13.

Blog says 7500 in the queue.  Going to end up with shite 128/9 in the Anny Road or expensive MS tickets at this rate.  Fucks sake.

All done like it should have been on the first bulk sale and did not get errors relating to card payment.  6 games all in the Kop and saved myself some cash unlike July. All done and dusted for 8.26am and can now chill and actually enjoy my day. Wonder if tomorrow will be as painless. Don’t think so.

Supporters with less than 13 home Premier League home games recorded during season 2016-2017 should not join the queue as you will be unable to purchase tickets in today’s sale.

Finally they make it clear.

People shouldn't panic about the blog saying 7500 sessions in queue. I had 5 open and closed down unused ones as soon as I was in on other devices. Others will do the same. Will be more like 1/3 of that number at most actually waiting. Maybe even less.

There are now 5700 sessions in the queue.  Thank you for waiting.

That explains the drop of over an hour to 45mins

Was worried things were going to go tits up. Didn't auto refresh until 8.16 but gave me a 6 minute wait. In after about 5. Then my browser was absolutely slow as fuck. Probably took twice as long doing it than it should have.
Sorted now though in every stand I was going for for each game. Good luck everyone. See some of you back here again tomorrow  :(

The problem with the 13+ sale is the demand for kop tickets due to the large price difference, perhaps they should have a split queue, 1 for the whole ground and 1 for everywhere expect the kop to seperate out the people who want tickets in the main / kenny from the start. Better yet woudl be to reduce the corners of the upper main to £37 same as the sides on the kop.

Started with 18 mins waiting time... estimated time went up and down ...but eventually elapsed time was about 21 mins - think they are trying to be too clever with the estimates.

Anyway in and relatively painless (compared to summer!), although I do find it ridiculous that I have to take time off work twice a year to do this.

Too much complication for no reason. I think they have got it right this time. Credit where it's due.

How are they being clever. The estimate you were given was 18 minutes. You were in after 21. That's in the same ballbark.

In regards to finding it ridiculous having to do it twice a year, would you rather they done it on a game by game basis, so 19 times a year?

Thats what I was trying to say, if they had left it at 18 and counted down and it misses by a couple of mins ok, but it dropped by 3 minutes, then 30 seconds later went up by 4 and continued that way, it was all over the place.

As per second comment fair point, it could be worse!  :(

Perhaps if we tweet/email them that having a 13+ sale for all games was a 'good' experience they may keep it in place for July. Reinforce positive behaviours.....

All boxed, 7 Annie Road though as people hoarding tickets in basket.  Only managed one Kop and have been there for all the first half games.

Compared to the shitstorm of July that was a breeze, after approx 1hr wait.
Credit to the club for improving the "ticket buying experience" and also the blog seems a good idea.
Hopefully a combination of Tony Barrett now working for the club and them listening to SOS and the like is making things better for us.

Surely, surely, SURELY it won't be as bad as the events of July.....

Praying for a smooth morning, in and out within an hour and getting at least half the games in the Kop (seeing as I didn't get a single one in the first sale, despite being on 19) and I'll be happy!

I must have had a premonition! Out by 9.10 with 4 out of 8 games in the Kop (including the 3 games I most wanted). Very slim pickings in Kop by then though - had to try multiple times to get what I did.

Can't fault the site today - queue said 'less than 45', was in in 35 and everything ran smoothly once in. Would have been even quicker if I'd not iniitially selected three games in the 'adult/junior' section.

Still think they need more tiers of sale going forward - I got luckier today than I did in July, but no doubt there will be others on 19 who've missed out on getting ANY Kop tickets!

Would a better system be letting you get yourself sorted at 8.10 before opening up to the rest at 8.15? Do you think you could design a system that keeps 100000 people happy with their seat for each game they purchase? If so, you should probably apply for the job.
