Throw in the inevitable Guardiola rotation and you have weeks with no Aguero and a back 4 of RAWK mods.  ;D I wish he wouldn't rotate him, he's clearly far, far better than Jesus.

Bet his da gets onto Pep. Play my son or i will reap hell on earth ;D

Looks like they've given him the assist on the game. Phew. Second one the keeper changed the direction of the ball so they wouldn't give that. Really annoying that goal, clean sheet for Ederson and Mendy and it really boosts the week. Bernardo Silva's role on the right is hurting his goal involvement potential today too, ideally for me D. Silva comes off, Bernardo moves in field and they put Sterling/Mahrez on.

Never ever, ever never ever rely on clean sheets.

7 points from 5 players today. Solid stuff.

Up to 9 from 6 now thanks to picking a City midfielder who didn’t score or assist in a 6 goal rout.

I benched Aguero, but luckily Rondon didn't play so he'll come in for me. 20 points, should've had him as captain.
Come on Mane, Bobby and Mo tomorrow night 🙂

Guardian saying Pep considering dropping Aguero tomorrow, so beware if you have him as captain.

I originally had him as my captain but not so sure now.

I’m sorry everyone who listened to me.

Last time I’m going off some poxy report. I had Aguero as captain and then switched him to Salah because of that report. I should go with my own instincts. Managers don’t give a fuck about who reporters think should start.

Although saying that my captain still hasn’t played — Salah.

Come on Mo!!!!!

I think at this point there's not much point in trying to predict City's line up beyond Ederson

He might have been considering it, he just didn't do it. It's challenging with City. They've scored 8 goals in 2 games but their top scoring midfielder is Bernardo Silva with 10 points. With such depth and rotation possibilities and with Pep's 2 striker idea it's tough to know who he'll pick. I've got Mendy but I can see him swapped out for Sane and Walker coming in on the right in a set up similar to today's.

I have a 10 point lead over my h2h league opponent, both of us have van Dijk and Salah, he also has Mane, but I have Wijnaldum and Wan-Bissaka. Trouble for me is that my opponent has Salah as captain, I have used mine. Going to be close, good luck Follys 11 whoever you are.

Ugh this is difficult being restricted to only 3 Liverpool players. We're going to keep so many clean sheets but any/all of Mane, Salah and Bobby are going to be banging in all season.

I've Mane, Naby & Salah on mine, plus Aguero up top. Keita doesn't appear to be picking up many points though, despite his performances. So I'll consider his position after next week.

I've dropped Keita for Mane as he'll get more points, got Salah and Bobby in too. Had to take Kane out to afford Aguero, risk that could backfire but fuck it. City are going to score shedloads this season and Aguero will be spearheading it if he stays fit.

yea, that's my reasoning too. If Kun gets injured, simply swap Kane in.

I had Robbo/Salah/Firmino, but changed Firmino for Mane and Jota for Ings. I don't see many gameweeks without 3 of ours and 3 from City going forward.

Just took Sane out so expect him to start and get a hat trick!

All logic says pick 3 City players but it's  hard to know who starts, and who won't get a shitty 10 minute cameo!

I’ve been battling this thing all week whether I should be taking a 4 point hit bringing Mendy in. I think he’ll play but I fancy Wolves to score 1. I had Sane and dropped him after week 1.

No idea who starts. Probably Ederson is the safest bet.

Transferred out Bernardo Silva :( Sad because I think he's great but he doesn't seem to have a nailed on role yet, being pushed out to a sort of auxiliary right wing back position against Huddersfield lessened his impact. Put Mkhitaryan in and opened up an extra City space to possibly work Aguero in next week.

They've so much depth it really complicates things. Sterling was a given for me last season but he's already been left on the bench once. Mahrez, Sane, Bernardo, David Silva...so tricky. I think someone will nail a spot in the side before long though, stepping up and making themselves undroppable.

Dropped Mahrez out because you can't be sure he plays, meant I could also sacrifice Keita to get Mane in the side and left me with a choice between Mkhitaryan and Richarlison - went for the Brazilian nut toffee.
