Waste of a free kick, goes into the wall and Enrique combines with Dirk to efficiently give the ball away and Fulham counter. Johnson pings it high and wide. Amazingly there's time for one last attack. It's crossed in, headed away and that's it. Fulham get the win and thanks to a combination of the ref and our inability to score, we gift them it.

Well, that's a kick square in the nuts. We had the better of it until Spearing got sent off, and yet we looked a bit vulnerable too. When they scored, it was down to individual errors but pressure makes errors. Hit the woodwork a few times, as usual, and generally unlucky not to net, but we looked shaky anyway.

We should change the name of the club from Liverpool FC to Liverpool Should've. We were comfortable for large portions of the game, we didn't take our chances and the referee wasn't going to help us at all. Suarez was definitely onside, we should've had a penalty but it should be a big win, not a narrow loss.

Wasted a chance to push on for Europe and now we've put ourselves under pressure yet again.

What a horribly disappointing match. To not even get a point out of a match that it feels like we easily could have won, and to have things turn on a note like that, gutted.

Hit posts and great opportunities where we fail to score have been a constant theme for us, and it's really disappointing to see, when with some finishing we'd be doing so much better.

This attitude of off your feet = Red has gone too far.  It was never in a million years a red.  That was Spearings ball all day long, the lad ran across Spearing as he played the ball, its like a bloke on the street running into your fist then you getting charged for assault.

So frustrating... not fair...just not fair...

All that hard work by suarez and others.

It's just isn't fair...

Oh well, (Thinks of some positives) least the tickets are cheap, and you have lots of leg room due to the attendances in the group stages.

As soon as Kenny realises that Carroll should not start for us and actually starts playing players who deserve to start maybe w'll get the results we deserve against the so called 'lesser' teams.

We can, they just get wrongly ruled out for offside
