Decent goal from Lithuania but Scotland have been woeful (apart from Robertson who has been excellent, and maybe Burke and Snodgrass).

If Scotland don't come back and win this game they're up against it already.

I think we need to give the ball to Lithuania so we can hit them on the counter.

Having watched them a few times, Scotland will probably get a goal in 80th minute then hit the post twice in 90+ to end the match 1-1.

I don't really understand Strachan's personnel decisions. In the past when Rhodes was banging them in for Blackburn he barely ever made the squad and the likes of Griffiths hardly ever start even though Martin is doing nothing at club level.

I think he's a Scot too actually  ;D In all seriousness though Scotland aren't playing that badly, the build up is decent it's just the final ball that's lacking. Forrest wasted a great chance not too long ago.

I'm watching Senegal vs Cape Verde. Mane playing a more central a role than what he does in Liverpool.

Can't understand why we keep playing the Coldplay singer.... I've never seen him play for Derby but every time I've seen him for Scotland he's been bang average.

Good to see Leigh Griffiths on now.

Well that was a bit of a let down....

Robertson was excellent though - still think we should have looked further at him after failing to get Chilwell.

I truly, and deeply, understand that. From a different angle, but still..
One thing does need to be said: in the post-Benitez era, there was media-led clamour (but also some politicking going on at the club) to make the club more English; the idea being that the club had lost the very essence of what it means to be ‘Liverpool’. Guillem Ballague 18/11/10

Didn't know Denmark were coached  by Mourinho there they were pretty classless on the penalty.

Lewandowski scoring a beauty third goal straight from a punted clearance
Enjoyed seeing the England highlights looked like the Sturridge and Henderson show with those 2 pulling the strings and involved in everything

The Czech Republic aren't what they used to be, but Germany looked so strong yesterday. They don't have many weaknesses, if any.

They're becoming set-piece specialists (and nowt wrong with that) - https://twitter.com/dozotv/status/785151159635943424 & https://twitter.com/RMadridHome_/status/785160591753121792

Could do with a 2nd - Georgia look ok on the counter-attack - and worked a couple of decent situations. Bit unlucky with the freekick that hit the bar too.

Fair play to the co-commentator on Sky - pronouncing some difficult Georgian names well, giving both sides credit and calling it evenly - without belittling or doing a patronising or one-eyed spin on the opponents.

I guess if you was really nitpicking you could say they're short of a top centre forward but it's hardly a glaring weakness.

Georgia are really terrible these days. They're ranked 137th in the World now. Still, they have Weiss in charge now who got Slovakia to the World Cup in 2010 so improvement should certainly come sooner rather than later. Ananidze is quite a decent player.

Kosovo doing themselves proud again, only one nil down in Ukraine. They were something like 20/1 to win.
