Just straight up go to a guy with a cart and get a cup of turkey chilli soup

I can fashion said food items for myself of course but you can't walk ten feet in America without having some food shoved at you

European food is far better though

I ate some mad stuff in Bulgaria back in feb. Tons of servings of meat but the soup was wild. Piles of meat. The meatballs are very special

In Hyderabad I was eating fresh curries, there was this amazing green one (I didn't fancy the fish head curry). Just such a depth of flavour. I love me British restaurant style curry but the real stuff is incredible

Love a good chocolate milkshake, all UK brands are crap. Found a brilliant one made by Kuwaiti brand KDD, like liquid gold.

Lay's crisps, especially lemon and chilli.

Fanta in other countries also tastes way better. Love how it has a neon orange colour, probably due to all the shit they add to it.

Most bigger Tescos sell Club as well. Both the orange and the rock shandy (god tier drink) but can be a tad expensive

I suppose you could liken it to the English coming up with Association Football, but other places adopting it and just being infinitely better. Tayto cheese and onion (NI) are the 1970 Brazil of the crisp world. Tayto (South) are Zaire 1974.

Tayto NI also do all the crisps for Tesco, but I wouldn't hold that against them

Supermarket veg in France and Spain tastes way better than it does in the UK. French Monster Munch are even nicer than their British equivalent.

Haha. I genuinely didn't know that they had Celtic Tayto and Rangers Tayto. Club is just from the Republic though yeah?

Also: Febo from Holland. Microwave fast food in individual lockers.

Haha you’ve just reminded me of my Dad calling anything basically that wasn’t meat and potatoes ‘foreign food’ in the 80’s. Things like pasta or rice. He updated it to a slightly more PC version of ‘funny food’ in the 2000’s when talking about things like balsamic vinegar or chick peas.

Not sure of the origins, but it's readily available in pretty much every shop up here. Often a decent deal in a Spar or Tesco at 12 cans for £4.50 or thereabouts.
