Few issues outside the ground for some today.. mate of mine scanned red and was told it had been scanned an hour earlier… and he said there were a fair few more at the Ticket office with the same issue…

Getting in anny upper is a joke.

Do they purposely not open like 3/4s of the turnstiles? And the scanners are so unintuitive it confuses the fuck out of people. Every extra second per person makes a massive difference, and it takes people aaages to figure it out.

Other than the obvious (member already having a ticket) Is there any other reason why this message should come up to stop me transferring a ticket to my mate?

Same message you get if the member isn't eligible for the ticket (not enough credits or didn't register for the sale)

He has had his membership a few years but doesn’t go that often unless I am unable to go and can transfer it. Do you think if it’s in his expired passes it would affect the transfer?

Yeah, maybe it's a yearly membership, get him to download the free general admission pass if he's not purchasing a membership then it should be ok.

Thanks all. So the one that’s not appearing on my GA pass, shows in my account as not printed .
I had the nfc pass downloaded years ago. So before I bought the ticket

Does this mean there are two possibilities based on the message above
1) the club haven’t pushed it yet
2) there is an issue that necessitates live chat?

It’s so odd that of two tickets awarded in the same local ballot one would be printed but the other wouldn’t …

Hope you sorted this, was it that the general admission needs a new one every year possibly? (As it's a counted as a free membership).

Still not sorted but will have to wait to live chat tomorrow. I did originally think GA pass needed re downloading each year but I get an error message if I try to do that. Seems to be an issue at the clubs end given that no one on here has found me a solution and you guys are normally my go to !

Login to both accounts and check if it’s gone from yours and appeared in his. If so it’ll be okay.

I got sent my Leverkusen tickets a couple of days ago, showing in my account, but NFC was still showing my last game, which was West Ham. I had to login to my account on my phone, go into memberships and then select the NFC pass and download it again - that fixed it for me

It doesn't matter if it's showing on your NFC, as long as it's in your account, you'll still get in.

Not with the experience we've just had with my lads Iphone - said he had two copies, we removed one and still same issue - Beth at the TO sorted it via the Live chat.

For future reference, how does that work as far as scanning the phone at the turnstile?

It the ticket is printed (released by the club) it doesn't matter what the next game details are. If the tickets there it'll scan green. It's just like a bank card if the funds (tickets) been released you can use it.

It's almost exactly the same as the old membership cards, it's all done on the turnstile side. There are no tickets really (for members and ST holders), the game that shows is just a reminder for your seat.

My season ticket hasn't updated since the start of the season, not missed a game yet, as said above it still works at the
Turnstile when scanned.

One of my friends' phones still shows some random game from last season despite going every game!

Go into the actual wallet app rather than double clicking on the power button. Once in scroll to the bottom and hit 'expired passes', then select the NFC pass and then 'Unhide'.

Morning. If a season ticket holder forwards a ticket on to someone else cos they can't go, can that season ticket holder then receive another forwarded ticket if they circumstances change and they can go?  We are having trouble with one of ours as ticket as forwarded ticket to season ticket holder won't download to NFC pass. Cheers.

I’ve got a feeling it’s not allowed because you can’t have a second ticket on the same account that previously had a ticket.

Yes you can, the issue is if you try to buy another one on the same account but you can be forwarded one. We did exactly this for the Brighton game on a mates account.

Cheers folks. I wasn't sure either way. But the NFC pass in the wallet still shows the season ticket details. Amy idea how you update?  I know for the auto cup for this ticket which is in the upper Annie, it just updates automatically for each cup game.

He tried that and it wouldn't work - Beth at the TO said she'd reset his NFC and then ticket appeared on the phone, so all good.

I just didn't want to risk any pissing about, we only got in at 7:45, took two frigging hours to get there from ours in Manc :no

Turns out my mate has a new phone and hadn’t yet downloaded an NFC. His NFC on old phone had disappeared so he messaged LFC on Twitter to reset his NFC so he could download on his new phone. Forwarding them worked.
