Even though I've not lost weight with the Personal Trainer (Barbados and 5,000 calories aday fucked that right up ;D ) My blood pressure is now back in the green, after ages in the red zone :thumbup

The kindness of strangers. Early this week youngest forgot his bus fare for school and a woman paid for him. This morning, eldest went to Tesco for sausages, at the till he realised his card is no longer in his apple wallet, says he'll come back to get them and a woman leans over and taps her card on the machine - she refused when he said he'd get her the money.
