Harry Brook currently cruising at 125 v the Saffers. I wonder if he's now done enough to get into the starting XI. Or will they stick with Pope and Crawley?
Crosby Nick never fails.
There’s actual red ball cricket being played in August? What madness is this?!
We already have shit in the country, and the game of Liverpool fills life with joy. Thanks
Duckett has been in really good form this year. I don't know if they'd give him another go but 4 tests was surely not enough when you look at some bums who are still in the set up and what they've had.
Didn’t he have a couple of off the field incidents too? No idea how severe (or not) they were but I think he lost a bit of goodwill because of that.
Crawley....
I think Brook might be chosen ahead of Crawley.
Who would be opening there then? I can't say I've know Brook to be an opener. You'd think they would give him that role for the Lions last week if so. By the way, just went to look up some stats and seen his middle name is Cherrington.
Parents must have been friends with Harvington Elliott’s folks.

Crawley needs 6 consecutive double hundreds to deserve his place in the team. Never has somebody so wank played so many games.
Always say it, but Rabada is a great bowler.
He’s an all-timer. I love him.
I'd rather they picked john fucking crawley. Even now though he must be 50odd years old.
There were very high hopes for him. As for most English batsmen of his era, he had some horrible bowling attacks to deal with in his early tests. Think he made his debut against peak Alan Donald (and big Fannie).
Often happens that. A young player's emergence will coincide with a fearsome era of fast bowling. Frank Hayes was a brilliant Lancashire batter when I was a kid. Big hopes. He started well at Test level but then ran into Roberts and Holding, Lillee and Thompson.
