I don't mind Jordan. Think he peaked in first week with the trials though.

Giovanna will have won alot of sympathy yesterday with no reward from home.

Vernon seems like a decent bloke and Shane has probably been most entertaining overall.

I don't mind Jordan. Seems like a decent, down to earth lad.

It's been a tad boring this year which is probably down to the celebs pretty much all being middle aged, family oriented people, but give me that over the overly dramatic, bitchy antics you get on other reality shows filled with dickheads in their 20s

it has been boring but unlike you I like it when the celebrity masks slipp and they show us that they're just like normal people - moody, angry, annoying, spoilt, confrontational, opinionated, childish

i want more of that and less of the jolly hockey sticks around the camp fire stuff - i'd rather they battered each other with those hockey sticks  ;D

still jordan to win

I was disappointed that Mo went out last night but also gutted for Shane tonight. I know editing can be a factor but Shame offered a lot more than the others imo.

I hope Vernon wins it now.

Nothing is more tediously obvious than this Jordan having his own ITV2 show within 6 months. Either that or a job on This Morning.

Haha, that’s funny. :D

She’s probably very nice so I feel a bit bad for thinking she’s just a bit bland. Of that final three I quite wanted Vernon to win. Not particularly arsed. That last trial he did was fucking hideous though. That would scar me for life!

From observing the tellybox for 3-weeks, and having accepted Shane had gone, this would have been a satisfactory outcome for me. I've really got to like Vernon.

The outcome was probably the most forgettable final day and crowning ever though. There, I said it for you mate.

At the start I was wondering if maybe they would consider keeping the show in the UK as it might help attract bigger names but no, I think this is too tame in comparison.

It was decent - did the best they could but not as patch on the normal series.

we'll have to disagree - but i think they're already talking about taking it back down under

now if they held it in Nogsy or Crocky then that'd liven it up

I think they made the best of a less than ideal situation this year. It had novelty value for me because I had good times at Gwrych Castle as a kid. Mrs. Spion has asked me to take her back there once the pandemic is over too. I think all this will be good for North Wales and for the future of the castle as well.

Having said all that, I do think the show's natural habitat is the Aussie jungle, so I suspect they'll be back over there as soon as they can. I think I heard something about it bringing in very high audience ratings this year though, so who knows?

He did really.

To be honest, I never really liked the fella previously. I saw him on a TV programme years ago when he was aspiring to be a model, and I couldn't take to him then or since. I thought he'd grate on me in the Castle, but I think he was ok and a really decent fella. Either he's changed, or I got him wrong. Probably the latter.

With Shane, I always get the feeling that he's performing. I'd love to scratch the surface to see who he is underneath.
