I want to start doing these now so here is an early attempt only using the touchpad on my laptop (did not pack a mouse).

Depends on how blurry it is for a start. Normally when something is out of focus, it can't be fixed with normal filters unless the blur is hand corrected by actually painting over to clean it up. Try using the unsharp filter and adjusting the sliders first.
