Always shit myself when ACS payments aren't taken when everyone elses' are. Also just noticed the ticket website doesn't have any mention of Atleti in there. Does that only appear when payment is taken?

Exactly. Better to take them now so people can adjust their spending over the month rather than in 2 or 3 weeks time.

Never any need to get nervous when people’s auto cup isn’t taken and they read others has I suppose people are worried their card had insufficient funds etc if for whatever reason the payment fails the club will email you to rectify it so there’s never a problem 👍

Not seen anything about this. Last was the statement following the SOS complaint that basically said it was not guaranteed the year before either so they haven’t changed any criteria

It has definetly changed from next season. I'm sure GS can confirm.

It might have changed, but we haven't been informed and there was no announcement in 2019.

It might have been in the 'actions to be completed' from one of the meetings, but so was a promise that the club was going to be more transparent in terms of ticket numbers and that hasn't happened so far.

Desperately hoping this is true. Just about got in this year after a few years of every European home. Very back row of the Kop. Seems to be loyalty requirements for every competition except the ones I have tickets for. Great if this changes.

Agree, it really annoys me that even tho I've had the ACS for a number of years, it's still a bun fight to get tickets and STH with 0 credits have the option to jump on the scheme and get the choice of seats before someone with full home credits. ACS holders should be guaranteed the option to renew for the following season. Others like aways and x amount of home games are rewarded with loyalty, so why not the ACS?

Problem comes in that there's no real reason why people on the ACS should be above the people who've got 6 home credits (using last season and the season before as an example).
