Two games a week is about to become a regular thing, I'd imagine these little cameos have been to keep him sharp so the two can alternate going forward.

He missed all of pre season so he's probably doing a bit of a mini pre season right now. He looked sharp off the bench last game though, he might get a start soon.

Really think Kostas should be starting these games against the bottom half sides. Robbo was running on fumes at the end of last season and we're basically playing twice a week until the World Cup from now on.

I think Robbo needed to get "Utd" out of his system, (along with 3/4 of the team). He was excellent yesterday. I do think we'll see good bursts of Kostas though. As you, and others, have mentioned, he has a wicked cross on him and  nifty close control for those packed defences. We'll be seeing plenty of him I reckon this season.

There are suggestions, from accounts that are presumably looking for likes and retweets, that Liverpool offered Kostas Tsimikas to be part of the Arthur Melo deal. This is a story put together by someone with a vivid and colourful imagination. It's simply not true.

Has to be fake, Robertson looks to be running on fumes as it is and we would ship off his only decent cover.

Tsimikas our best player when subbed, Robbo shocking again.
Not one cross since he came off.

Him and Alisson can hold their head high.

Questions needs to be asked about Robbo.

What!!! Robertsons crosses and corners were levels ahead of Kostas today.

Taking him off was needless and a bit odd considering he hasn’t played much and probably won’t start midweek
Really like him, he’s solid defensively but never panicks on the ball

Yeah I don't think robbo did bad when he came on but it was a bit needless for me. The milner/Trent sub absolutely killed us on the other side, Kostas for robbo was just like for like.
3 midfielders minimum in the next window. And probably another young CB to boot.

Anything else is negligent.

Agreed. Currently, one of the few live wires..always makes something happen..and was getting more and more joy down that left flank prior to his hooking...deserves a solid chunk of games imo

I was telling my mates before the game we needed Tsimikas' snide against an expected dirty Everton. And it worked. I loved how he convinced the ref he was been mutilated by an opposition player whenever going into 50/50s. It won us a dangerous free kick in the first half that Diaz almost scored from.

I do think he deserves a run of games and that Robbo needs a bit of a rest. There’s no drop off in quality when Kostas replaces Robbo which is always good.

Wonder what Jamal Lewis thinks of the Norwich directors at this point killed his career a bit.

Thought he was more than just solid. He kept a very dangerous player in his pocket and was very assured on the ball in tight spaces.

He's class; solid defensively, good touch and technique, fast(but not rapid) and two-footed(which helps him beat the press).
