Very poor. Once again we concede a soft goal from their first shot on target……that happens far too often and it’s rarely, if ever, the other way round.

Let’s call a cheat a cheat. Pereira rolling around cheating. It’s time commentators start calling these cheats out and replaying the incidents in slow motion. They are quick to claim that Jota dived when he was clearly caught but they now need to show what contact caused the cheat to hold his face.

However we have been poor. Gravenberch needs to do a lot more. Our buildup is slow and we don’t look like we know how to score. Unless we start to play better then it’s going to end 1 or 2 nil to them.

The performance has been decent, just made it hard for ourselves conceded a stupid goal from their one attack.

its funny when you watch a player like gravenbach and have a certain opinion but you think you are overthinking it...

then come on here and everyone sees the same thing . gravenbach lacks the ferocity , tenacity, bite... whatever you want to call it. hes great to watch on the ball and i cant help but feel hes a bit of a luxery player in a team thats firing on all cylinders...

which we arent.

Not sure what the solution is here but can only offer my opinion which is that Elliott doesn't belong as a starting member of the squad on that right hand side. Diaz tries but has lost that complete game changing audacity he had in his first (half) season.

Gravenberch and Jones together are having competing auditions for best invisible man impression but Mac Allister has already landed the role.

Kelleher is not a great shot stopper.

Get Diaz wide right, Jota left and Nunez through the centre. There’s no pace in that front line currently.

Tough game, and we're making it harder on ourselves. What a shite goal to give, horrible defending. Couple times Harvey has been in great position, unmarked and Lucho and Mac Alister failed to pass it to him.

Yep. He has many good qualities, but shot stopping isn't his strongest point. He has a tendency to somehow make himself small. Onana-esque.

Passage of play leading to the goal came from him not claiming a cross that Konate shinned out for a throw.
