I know Southampton made changes, but the gulf between the Championship and the PL is something if a team largely comprised of teenagers and reserves can boss one of the top teams in that league.

Feels like a bit of a golden era with our academy. They're not just getting minutes for the sake of it, they genuinely look the business. Jayden Danns looks so mature in his play.

Danns looks like an option. has the attributes of a good centre forward. Good movement and can finish. May be a bit light to throw on in the league though.

The kids were fantastic, Danns and Koumas obviously, but I thought Clark was superb aswell. Quansah and Bradley look like players with 100 senior appearances, so mature and assured. Unbelievably proud of these lads.

Kind of mad how that team won so well against a pretty competent Championship side. I like Gakpo but he's really needs to do a bit more in these circumstances. Both Danns' finishes were great.

Rather we didn't have to go to that shithole for the next round but whatever.

Well we are seeing that this season in the PL although Luton giving it a go.

In fairness to Southampton they created 5-6 really good chances and should have been winning at HT.

Still who cares we won that’s all that matters.

Southampton have barely been beaten in their league, that was incredible really. I expected extra time to be honest but glad to be proven wrong.
