Feels like the sort of game we concede first in. Really up against it here with the injuries, exactly the sort of game our top four rivals will be watching with interest. Would be a big statement to come away unscathed.

It’s a decent bench, players need to be on it from the first minute.. Salah will want to get on and when he does he won’t get dropped again.

Bench looks a lot stronger this week, biggest shame is Alisson's injury last night.

This is one of those potentially nightmarish games, I'd love to see a win whatever the cost. We have to take all nine points in the league before City and then beat them too. Anything less than 10 points from them four and it's basically over imo.

Nervous about this one, dunno if it's the early kick off, Ali missing, or whatever but it has a feel of dropped points. A win here would send a massive statement out.

The Arsenal game had a bigger feeling of dropped points about it, with the injuries we had..

This needs to be a routine win if we want to put pressure on the Cheats and Arsenal..

Shit news about Ali, just when we get a couple back more get injured. At least Mo is on the bench.

Need to scrap a win here, the biggest thing is not conceding early, itll be a lot harder to come back here.

Brentford were terrible a month ago but with Toney and a couple others back they are a different proposition. Still have to get thru any way we can.

I'd hope to see Salah on for half an hour regardless of the scoreline. Maybe half an hour today, start against Luton and hopefully have the game won so we can take him off on 60/70 mins there, then ready to go for the cup final.

Given it's a hamstring and he's aggravated the injury I'm just going to assume at best he might be back for City. A little worried for Kelleher today on set pieces but otherwise hoping we're fine against the likes of these, Luton and Forrest. He'd have played the cup final anyway, and even though I'm not the biggest cup keeper type person see no worries with him playing against Southampton. That City game is obviously the big one but on top of that we need Alisson for Europe too.

Kelleher will probably end up playing twenty odd games for us this season even if he doesn't play the European knockouts. Got to be happy with that as second choice at Liverpool. If he could guarantee that at Liverpool every season I think he'd be very happy but ideally next season Alisson doesn't get injured (like 2022/23) and we should also be in the Champions League again. This could also create more of a market for Kelleher too if he comes in and performs well.
