If this is what is needed to get Downing's confidence up then great. he also learned from the Tottenham game and against Udinese was more aware of who was around him.
Quite simply Morgan is a striker. Pacheco is a forward. Major difference. If we need someone to stick the ball in the net from anywhere inside the 18 yard box I know who I'd want in that position out of the two. Pacheco should have been sold ages ago as he is nowhere near this level. Morgan may not be good enough at this level either, but he should be given the opportunity to see if he can make it.
