I was drinking a can of Carling whilst browsing RAWK and tweaked the ring pull off the can which promptly dropped down the inside of the can. Couple of minutes later I took a swig and felt it disappearing down my throat!

 Is there anything I should do apart from let nature take its course? 

You need to go to A&E. Seriously. 

Not a great idea eating loads and drinking after it but oh well. A&E will give you the best advice.

I was in A&E today, mate dislocated his shoulder while playing footy, and we were seen pretty quickly. Guess it will all depend on who's waiting, severity etc.

Just got back from A&E. Fucking waste of time that was, all they said was eat some bananas and go for long walks 

Didn't even x-ray me ffs, said its not worth it as it will be floating around in my belly by now and nature will take its course, probably tomorrow morning sometime and I have to say I'm not looking forward to it. The missus says I'm a wimp and it can't be as bad as giving birth but she never gave birth to a metal ring pull

Apparently the bananas will bulk up my stools and the walk will encourage a bowel movement.
