I have noticed these tickets getting sold for £100+ outside pubs, its very clear the mark up on these tickets are a lot more profiting to touts than buying members tickets.

Needs urgent attention, its only two blocks so how hard would it be to check outside or inside. They have been doing this in other stands , so why have no checks been done ?

I agree with Claire and mrmclark - something needs to be done. Can those who have been up there and experienced this contact the SC with details and get them to action it? As you say. they did well to get these but it does seem there is a problem $:-\$

You do have to bare in mind, some of these 'locals' might genuinely live in the city but aren't scousers, but you can usually tell that from a mile off

Checked the site yesterday and it showed as printed though

has anybody sat in the anny road for the local members sale? i wonder if the same issues are appearing there, or people just arn't arsed because the tickets arn't as cheap?

I've been in there for Leicester and Hull and I've got to say I was pretty impressed with the atmosphere in there compared to previous years. Songs started independently of other parts of the ground, people backing up those starting songs etc.

i was in the main stand u1 for hull and thought it was excellent up there

united was a bit flat but you could still hear people in the section trying to get songs going ect.

Got lucky once with the £9 tickets,very decent view as well,fantastic price,no wonder they've gone in no time.alternatively much easier to get a £45 ticket in a slightly better speck.

Think many members are going for £9 tickets only,I reckon might touch lucky 2 or 3 times in the season.

Got both my WBA and Watford tickets today, two separate envelopes.
Both came with a slip of paper saying all local general sale tickets will be paper tickets

Didn't know that, thats the first thing they need to change to stop he touting. Much less hassle to sell a paper ticket than to get a card back.

Queued since 7.45, straight in with a 3 minute wait and got 4 in the Lower Annie, logged back in again and got another 2 in the same block.

Browser I had open on my work laptop, and forgot about til just now, is still showing a 45 minute wait even though its sold out

I think that there is only about 1000 YA tickets for each game, they have probably all been sold in earlier sales.

The T.O may let you downgrade but i doubt it, no harm in trying though.

Just buy an over 65 in future it'll flash the same colour at the turnstile

They defo don't check it as you go through then? Would do that in future but can't be arsed being refused entry and having to watch in the Solly
