Got a 7-minute wait and managed to get seats in 202, 304 and 306. Seem to get further back (300s) or further to the corners every season. At least managed to get in the Kop, and the £5 saving on 202 is almost worth aiming for now.
Typically, after I bought, found much better seats on the Leicester City game, which someone had obviously just released from their basket.
How many years have we had this system? They still haven't fixed:
- Not letting people in if they don't qualify
- Not letting you pick more seats for a game than you are entitled to
- Providing a way of telling the system you are happy to take single seats if necessary when ordering multiple
- In the absence of the previous point, providing a way of telling you which blocks have the number of seats you require - many blocks showing as available only have singles, which is no good if you want two or more
- Not restricting number in the system to a level that allows seat selection to work
The one thing they do seem to have fixed though is that if seats are not available, you can now immediately reselect a different block. It no longer takes you back out to the match selection screen.
