What’s the deal with poor phone data signal inside Anfield?

Zero checks on F, I spent 3 hours panic buying a pcr test and getting the certificate before setting off as well

been shite with O2 ever since I've owned a phone, people do seem to be using their phones so maybe some networks are okay

Me and my mate got there at 7:30 Main stand 'S'

There was a slight que. My mate was asked for proof of vaccine  but I wasn't. It looked like they checked maybe 1 in 5 people.

Went in C about 7pm and no checks that I saw there.

Edit - and yes, I was patted down as well!

The free wifi barely works. My data works fine during the game as I assume less people are on it. Halftime and full time is a no though.

Saw 1 lad being checked by F3, I walked straight in, no queue at all at 7.10.

I’m on sky which I’m fairly sure uses o2 and it depends on where I am in the ground, kop end of the main stand works great, Annie end can be a bit shit

Youngest son has a new Iphone, just trying to download his NFC pass and it won't let him.
It's saying it's already installed on another device, which I assume is his old phone. Problem here is the screen went on his old phone so can't see anything on it to remove the old pass.

Any ideas or is it a trip to the ticket office on Sunday?

Had the same problem , contacted lfchelp on Twitter this morning . Told them the problem sent them the details they needed and all sorted . Very easy . Hope this helps 👍👍

If anyone has the same issue as me,

I was walking up from sandhills and my phone just wouldn't unlock. It was still "on" as I was listening to a podcast but it wouldn't unlock.

I restarted it and it was the same, I was advised to ask one of the "fan support" stewards outside and they just said you'll have to go to the ticket office.

They sorted me out. Just needed my Fan ID number, registered address and some ID. Printed a ticket and was in, just wish I'd been told to go straight to the ticket office.

Phone is fine now frustratingly

What was the queue like at the ticket office? What time where you there at? Just know that’s going to happen me one time. Good to know that you can get sorted worst case scenario!

I got there with about ten minutes to spare, got in about five past.

There were a fair few people queuing but they had a load of windows open

don't know of any time frame but yeah add on your phone and scan him through first will be sound

Could be his email address. Apparently BT email addresses aren’t allowing you to add the ticket to your wallet. Try making him a hotmail account and forwarding it to that.

Get the app called radical storage, it’s like an air bnb for baggage. There’s a halal shop two mins from lime street on it that can store your bag for a few quid. I used it a couple of months ago

It’s £5 and they make you take a photo of it which you show on collection. It’s on Google Maps, 83 Anfield Road
