Does anyone know what happens if you have a OAP ticket but transfer it to a friend/family?

Currently there is no additional charge. Conversely, there would be no credit if you transferred an adult ticket to an OAP or child.

The last match is 28th May so do you have to sign up for the auto cup without knowing which competition we are in? There is no way I am paying for that conference league.

Bear in mind it may have a bearing on future campaigns i.e. if we make the Europa League and you don't join the ACS, you may fall off it going forward the next season etc

Missing the point, its about being forced to sign up for a European competition early without knowing if its Champions league, Europa league or mickey mouse league.
If its the 3rd competition it will only be a version of Liverpool.

You're not being forced to do anything. If you click the box for European ACS and we don't qualify for the competition you deem worthy of your money, simply log on to Live Chat before they take the first payment in August and they will cancel it for you. Obviously, if we don't qualify for Europe, the question becomes moot. The same applies to the League and FA Cup. If you subsequently change your mind, or circumstances change and you cannot afford to pay for cup matches, they'll cancel it for you prior to first payment.

And that will be reflected in the price , don’t forget if you come out of the auto cup then your not guaranteed getting back in

Has anyone had experience of requesting to move seat? I've found a few old threads but nothing more recent.

Thanks!

EDIT: I was on the phone to the TO about something else and asked about this. I was told they only allow seat moves for "exceptional or extreme" reasons, not just for "wanting to sit somewhere else, or sit with a friend". The explanation given, that doesn't make that much sense, was that the central part of the stands are "full up" with STH so there wouldn't be space there anyway.

Can anyone renew today?  I get different errors depending on which browser I use, but cannot pay for some reason. Tried different laptops and credit cards.

Don’t use ‘saved card’ when paying , type you card number / details manually

I’m pretty sure your only allowed to do it during a Fan Update, the last one for the ST’s was 2020, not sure how often they plan to do them

I doubt they'll do one again. They want to STH back if the holder is no longer going to use it.

As they should, shouldn't be able to skip the queue

There's an incorrect mentality with STH that its their seat and they can do what they want with it, it isnt, the club leases you the seat each year and you agree to the terms of use, one of which is that you're the person who uses it, or you distribute it via the permitted channels (F&F or back to the club)

after years of asking the club have just let me and lad move form the upper main stand to the kop. ive asked for about 4 years and always been met with a firm no, this year they couldnt have been more helpful. im wondering if the lack of finals etc to organise has left the ticket office a bit quiet so now they will look at seat move requests??

I got my ST in 2018 right at the back of the KD upper stand. When it came to renew, they gave me a choice and i moved to the KOP. Charged me an extra £10 admin fee for moving.

I don’t fully agree though, although my Season Ticket is in my name I share the games 50/50 with my lad, whilst I’m not planning on going anywhere yet I do worry that if something happens to me then he loses the ticket, in my opinion I should be able to have the option of changing the name to him especially as he lives at the same address

But it's not a family heirloom is it? It's your ticket to 19 home games?

If you want your kid to inherit it do they never go (not in your case but in general) to build their own history until they eventually get it. It would only take a few seasons to get to 13+ then it wouldn't really matter.

It's bad enough for some to get tickets to a few games a season, never mind some people think they should always go as their relatives did, like a royal title!

I've just moved myself after a few years of being told it's not possible unless for medical reasons.
I tried last year but was told they couldn't do it once I'd renewed.
So this year I made sure I did it before I renewed. Having said that, as noted above, they seem to be much more accommodating this season.

my other half and I went to the ticket office to ask about a name change and before I'd even had a chance to tell them the reason we were  met with a firm no!
It was only when we were able to explain that we had got married and all we wanted to do was change my now wife's ticket into to her married name that the person at the window changed her attitude and was much more accommodating . We still had to show our marriage certificate and photo ID before they would go ahead.

Interesting.  Did you contact them by phone, online chat or at the window?

I emailed them a full letter simply requesting the change and order of preference to where I wanted to move. The letter set out Supporter IDs and was signed by both supporters. I chased this up a couple of times on the chat and they basically said it was with their "Changing Seats Team" and that they had already called me a couple of times (which was odd as I had no record of a call). In any event, they eventually got hold of me on Monday over the phone and ran through options as to where I could move to. I got my first choice so I made up - as would happily have taken any seat just to get them together so I could take my kids. You do need to do it before you renew, I think. As somebody else said, you then have the new seats listed in your "Reservations" section and then you go in and renew those instead.

No phone numbers for ticket office, it’s either chat or email , or even go to ticket office( but they will probably say email in anyway to get a reference number)

Ive used V12 for the last three years and its been pretty slick, its all online and all connected into the club so Season Ticket shows renewed straight away when I log in now. Plus now I have used it a few times its just a case of pressing confirm on the V12 application portal as they have all my details.

I'm in the Kop and first payment was about 100 (inc the admin fee) and then 9 equal payments to end in February time. First payment normally goes in June.

Overall credit charge was about £50.00

Just renewed my ST.  I ticked the box to use my ticket cash and then did the V12 finance.

However, the emails I have received from both V12 and the club have not deducted the ticket cash.  It said in the faqs that the ticket cash can be used with v12?

Anyone else had this issue?
