Yeah signed in on Firefox (No VPN needed), it doesn't seem to work with adblock plus or anything like that, the one (I think) that works the best is uBlock Origin extension

Ok nice one I'll have a look at that.

From what I remember, if I'm logged into Google Chrome, but NOT logged into YouTube (ie; no account) then I *think* that I don't see ads - it's when you are logged into YouTube with a YouTube account that it insists that you adhere to their terms and conditions and demands you switch your ad-blocked off.

Just been playing with it - with no YouTube account and Ghostery is blocking all ads.

Yeah so confirmed it - if you aren't logged onto Youtube and have an ad-blocker, you're good.

What kind of marketing decision is it to encourage people not to have an account :D

Did you get uBlock Origins Andy? I haven't seen an ad on anything in years with it.

Set up a new YouTube channel and have a ton of video's to load up plus I'll be doing a lot of travelling this year and hopefully record a whole lot more.

There's only the 3 tunes on there just now, I recorded them yesterday in town.  This lad plays a pretty mean guitar like.

This guy only has a few videos but i genuinely get excited when he uploads. My favourite being the Michael Jackson hair on fire one. Its very hard to explain what they are but basically he makes dioramas of infamous celebrity events. They all have some sort of story that starts slow and ramps up with comedy, music and interviews that all combine to be this weird sort of art project. At the end the diorama is buried in a location somewhere in the world. The clues to find it are in the video.

The latest one today is about the male model Fabio from the 90s getting hit in the face by a goose on a roller coaster.
