Yeah – it worked out a few grand more than the Volvo that I did get. And whilst the Porsche probably would have been more fun as I only need it for my 2 mile run to work then the Volvo won out in the practical stakes. Plus driving the 928 in a new Hampshire winter would have been entertaining to say the least. And the Volvo actually has more horsepower than all of the 928’s up to about the 1986 version. And to be honest once you are over 250hp its not worth arguing about.  I may add a Porsche in a few years – once I get a house with a garage or two to keep the Porsche in. I don’t have that at the moment and if you are going to get a classic car then you may as well be able to look after it properly.

I've got an old 911 for my ten minute walk to work.  ;D

I've got a Volvo V40 estate for the dull/long haul/full load stuff like work and holidays. I'm working on the garage aspect at the moment - some little scrote had the badge off the front bonnet of the Porsche last week.  >:(

Haha-  I’m getting tempted again now – especially as the missus keeps nicking the Volvo.

We also have a minivan – 7 seater for the main family car – very handy as we have 3 kids (and all their crap) and constant visitors from the UK – easy to haul everyone around.
Got friends heading over with their 4 kids in the summer  - we’ll need the van for that. After that I could give the Volvo to the missus and get myself a run around…. Porsche type vehicle! :d

I drive a Protege 5 - fun car.

Protégé?
Fun?

Try taking one of those fuckers over the rockies and across country in 3 days and see how much fun it fucking is.

Whoever designed that fucking car should be forced to sit in it for a week and then they can redesign the fuker so it becomes something like fucking acceptable….

To be fair to him though he does own a taxi firm, hes loaded. You'd have to be loaded to be able to afford to use that fucker as a taxi! If i had one of them though I wouldnt let my own mother get in it, nevermind random people!

Ah you see that makes much more sense.

My dads mate owns an extremely successful taxi company in Wimbledon and uses five  BMW 7 series as taxis.

Well the owners of the companies are raking it not the actual taxi drivers  ;)

Seriously my dads mate who owns about 17 private taxis and 5 BMW taxis is raking it in.

Remember my old man saying he is bringing in at least £350k per annum.

I've got a dead big car, me.  That's 'cos I'm fabulously wealthy and I've got loads of birds as well.  I'm currently dating three supermodels, plus one more I never told you about making four, plus one off the telly and one what I just get it ooooonnnnn with (if you know what I mean), who's a footballers WAG.  I've got a great job as a..well I can't say that or I'd give it away.  I'm dead fit as well and I was in the Paras but the SAS wanted me so I went and joinded them and won loads of medals and stuff but I can't talk about that.

Anyway, love to stay and chat but I've got to go as I'm on the board of Liverpool Football Club (in a secret capacity) and we've got to go and ratify a transfer (not telling youse lot who) for Rafa.  Who's a personal friend of mine, by the way.  Then one of my supermodel girlfriends is coming round and we're making a sex tape tonight with two of her friends joining in as well.

All go, int it?
