More tickets was on sale erlier this morning.. just keep checking the website and returns will popup. But the time difference I guess makes it a bit harder.

Unfrotunately, you missed the additional members sale that took palce this morning.

Random tickets will keep popping up on the ticket page between now and the game though. You need to keep constantly checking it though.

As kalle-anka says above, check the online sales site regularly and you may get lucky. They'll pop up between now and match day. Other than that, the only thing you can do is wait for the ticket exchange to go up on here, which will be maybe a week or so before the game.

They will probably be more plentiful in the week leading up to the game as some are returned and also unsold hospitality seats become available.
As its the first league game of the season there may not be too many plus its on a Sat and not on tv which also makes it difficult to gauge how many will appear.
As others have said it really is a case of luck,persistence and a good refresh finger to snaffle one.

And what would you have expected them to do? Provided you with their log-in details, card details etc...? Very risky to give things like that to someone they don't personally know, and trust. No offence meant, like.

no, if someone had of got back to me withing 15 mins i would release them at a pre agreed time so they had best chance to get them in their basket. Im not Trev!

The tier pricing boundries aren't by block, so some tickets in the block are more expensive than others. It's not helpful that you don't find out exactly how much the ticket costs until you basket it.

I was buying for next Wednesday and a ticket came up for £33, but it was only £31 in my basket which was nice.

It definitely happens in the Kop as well, I think it probably happens on all sides.

If you see the seating plan, U8 has £46, £53 and £55 tickets.  Block 106 in the Kop has £39, £42 and £43 tickets.
