Dier has looked dreadful. What has struck me the most is the lack of any personalities or likeable players in the England squad. Dier, Ali, Walcott, Lingard, Stones etc are all such generic moulded non relatable millionaire footballers who all look like they don't give a shit.

Lingaard is one of the worst I've ever seen. He wouldn't stand out in league one yet is playing for Man Utd and England. Luck right place/person right time goes a hell of a long way sometimes,
