My mate ordered some of the Champions stuff off the official website within a couple of hours of the Chelsea-City game and received it all last week. I ordered stuff the following morning and haven't even had an email to confirm it's been shipped out yet! In fact, one of the things i ordered (magnet) isn't even showing online anymore!

What's going on?!

To be fair to LFC retail. Within hours of us winning the league, the online sales, worldwide, would have gone through the roof.

From a waiting list of a day or two, to a month or two, over night.I

Yeah, I said the same about that, it's just tacky. Saw Lampard in a blue version the other day without giant letters on, looked much nicer (unless they were just in a darker blue that you could barely see, like their new kit has).

Covid-19 is causing orders to be dispatched a little slower than I'd like it's taking 7-10 days approx to dispatch but it's only a temporary issue. Some are arriving quickly though. Really pleased you love the fit and quality of the tee mate. We haven't cut any corners and we've gone with the highest quality tees that we can. Glad you noticed!

I see that some of the items in the EPL Champions range are already being discounted. Seems a bit strange that considering the huge demand for the items. Well going by the fact that everything is pre-order and the lack of available sizes anyway. Personally the t-shirt I want to buy has sadly only been available in size S for a while now. That's too small for me.

I guess they must have a few items with plenty of stock left and as they are New Balance kit / t-shirts they are trying to sell them asap.

Got confirmation of shipment on Monday, Delivery with DPD in Ireland tomorrow.

Yep I ordered for kids to, 1 shirt did arrive by DPD within 3 days the other has been lost in limbo, supposed to be HERMES but they have been around here twice since then. Have the order confirmation but nothing else since 2 weeks.

Does anyone know if its possible to cancel orders before they've been dispatched? As I'd rather save my cash now for the new Nike kit.

i found them ok in past

i ordered stuff for my sons first birthday well in advance in november 18, no sign of it so they dispatched it again

the second lot arrived before the first lot

I cancelled my order. At this rate I'd have probably received it after the new kit went on sale. Shame but I'll look in a few months once the stock levels have gone back up again.

Was after the champions league final programme from last year. Sold out on the club store but the Spurs website has it for 6 quid for those those interested. Cheapest I've seen as well.
