Cheers, I did think about just downloading the tunes , however, I want to listen to my vinyl, scratches, blips , jumps an all...didnt John Peel say the scratches where the sound of life or something similar?..my 7 inch of ATV's 'Life' sounds like it was recorded on sandpaper...but thats cos I played it to death and still love it....isnt the thing about our vinyl is we connect with it emotionally, becouse of how , the time and place Lp's or singles came into our lives.. not just the music?...unlike mp3's and dare I say CD's?
Its a Phillips Stremium Network Music Player missus got me it for Chrimbo...still havent got it fully sussed yet , but the sound quality is boss and a digi radio.
Btw even if I converted all my vinyl I would never sell them....have you seen that bit on the BBC site about the Album club in London , you go along a people play Lps from start to finish...its a fight against shuffle
