You would think such a fundamental error would not get past the club, especially before ordering dozens of them.

Just out of interest - I've currently got 1 LC credit this season (Arsenal @ home, which was the only game) & 1 FA Cup credit (up to now) Everton (H). Does anybody know roughly, what my chances would be of bagging a Kop ticket in the Autocup for both of these comps next season?

The league Cup ACS will probably just be based on Arsenal, so if you are going for just one seat, then you’re very likely to get a Kop seat- I got one for this season with the credits required (just Chelsea) and didn’t even join the queue until an hour and a half into the sale.

If you go to the remaining FA Cup games, you’re very likely to get a Kop seat (I just about managed it without the full credits this season).

If you’re going for seats together then it will be more difficult, but unless you’re really unlucky in the queue then you’ll get seats together for both the league cup and the Fa cup.

Does anyone know if the club are going to go ahead with the suggestion of breaking down Auto Cup sales to people who haven't missed a cup match for the last 2-3 seasons? Rather than open it to a free for all with people who've just jumped on the bandwagon this year?

if it’s done by tournament, esp European, it’s a brilliant idea as I’ve been to every euro home on my card for over a decade and it pisses me off That I’m in the same boat as someone who’s got one year loyalty behind them

Why's that then? The biggest discussion on here was why do STH with 0 credits get to sign up for the ACS but members with 6 credits some will miss out. STH have had enough goes over the years to sign up.

New STH starting from scratch should be able to sign up but others shouldn't. I imagine there's some STH who have never signed up before then after Kiev jumped on the bandwagon

The only new season ticket holders who should have the chance to join the ACS are those who have had memberships with the relevant CL criteria on it to qualify.

I don't want to turn this into a STH vs the rest (ridiculous how pissy people get over it) but you are spot on here.

The reason I posted what I did was to get the conversation going again. Why do we get through the start of season agony and then just forget about it until next season when it happens again? We need to keep putting these messages through the club so they don't just ignore us until it happens again.

The main issue is the European ACS. In the summer a few on here missed out despite being in the ACS scheme for years. In my opinion there needs to be a breakdown of sales based on how many games people have been to for that particular cup, and start it for say 3 seasons back. It doesn't even need to be a lengthy process. A 9am sale of 18 home games the past 3 campaigns (based on us getting to another final this season

), drops to 14 at 11am, drops to 10 at 1pm, 6 at 3pm, etc

The first person to suggest it creates a closed shop is a big tory weirdo

He isn't advocating a closed shop it's a suggestion of rewarding loyalty based on previous season's attendance. A pretty fair suggestion don't you agree? It must be better than a random allocation in a que determines if you can possibly lose a place on the ACS after years being on it.

It's not *always* going to be a closed shop though, let's be honest. I think people being able to hoover up hospo tickets and build credits for the next season is the most Tory of all personally.

FA Cup was one game (Everton or West Brom). Not sure on the League Cup

League cup went to all members and I'm pretty sure didn't sell out. FA cup went down to 1 from the previous season.
