Pissed off with mine. Two lads in front of me wouldn't shut up chatting shit all game, barely even watched more than 20 minutes combined I rekkon. And barely a celebration when we scored (even the 4th)

Hopefully they’re not ACS and will change next match

Yeah sort of expected it, on phone they said the admin team would need unroll then en-roll in the same seat with a different price brand, I assume I would’ve got email about this or something. to be honest should’ve been more careful back in July but rushed myself cause there wasn’t loads of seats left. Also annoying cause I pay full price for ever EPL game for no reason

Yeah I noticed that because £84 for other peoples tickets came out of my account - so even after getting the money off them for Salzburg, they've still not bothered to update their card details.

I guess it processes them in some sort of order. Though as you presumably ordered them both at the same time it seems strange they don't go out at the same time.

For Genk, ST holders who don't occupy their usual premier league seat and autocup elsewhere will not be issued a paper ticket.  ST card will be activated to sit in your Autocup seat.  It's in the payment processed email.
Season Ticket Holder in 2011.  A 16 year wait for a top seat in CE6.

Season Ticket Holders Enrolled into the Auto Cup Scheme AND sitting in a different seat to their usual Premier League Seat

 

Where can I find out which seat I have been allocated for the competition(s) I am enrolled into?
For each competition you have enrolled into, a reminder email will be sent to you prior to the first draw for each competition, which will confirm the seat allocated to you for that competition.
Once your payment has successfully been processed for any cup match, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your seat details and turnstile access point.
You will be sent a label to attach to the back of your Season Ticket access card that will include your seat details / turnstile access point for each competition you are enrolled into.
You can log into your online account and visit the ACS section here.
Ahead of each match, you will be sent an SMS confirming your seat details and turnstile access point.
 

I am sitting in a different seat to my usual Premier League seat – how do I access the stadium for Cup games?

Received sticky label with seat details on-  black writing on clear label so if you stick it straight on the back of the card some of it can't be read as it is over the black strip!
Easily solved by sticking it on off centre and folding it over the front of the card

Yes all it is a sticky label with your seat details.  Card should work as normal (just different turnstile depending on where you moved too).

Just put your seat details somewhere from your autocup purchase so you know where to sit.

What's the best number to call them on? & what will be needed at the TO (id of the cardholder, card used for payment, anything else?)

Just received an email from the club to follow up the recently received letter. Obviously they've had feedback on the label. Comment below on email.

"It has been brought to our attention that the labels that have been sent with this letter, which were provided by the manufacturer, are not suitable as the seat details are not clearly visible once the label has been attached to the season ticket card. Therefore a replacement label will soon be sent to you in the post separately."
