Not bang on 8.15 no, was still a delay with that one, but the others joined about 15 seconds after that one.

There’s been a delay all season in my experience

I think its generally the time elapsing as the queue positioned are assigned... I've only ever been straight in on one sale before and I was connected about 8:13, so its probably the later you connect the further down the line you are

Hadn’t thought about it like that, but not sure there’s ever been such a pronounced delay as this season. Just don’t know with this system what to believe.

Trying to get back on now for Spurs, queue counted right down to 0, and still stuck on the queue page at 0 for 5 minutes.

The whole ticketing site is fucked.

What's the best number to call them on? & what will be needed at the TO (id of the cardholder, card used for payment, anything else?)

You will receive a confirmation email following the purchase of any Cup match ticket which will contain your seat details and turnstile access point.
