Because they are giving priority to the people that attend the match, that's how loyalty works

Imagine you went to Kiev and Madrid and then missed out on the Super Cup Final.

It’s a closed shop. Some people went to Kiev and Madrid on a ballot result. Why should people who qualified via a ballot for Kiev and Madrid have priority over some one who was unlucky. That’s not loyalty that’s luck

Because they attended the match. Loyalty is based on people who attend the match

How many actually want to go to this though who don't qualify? If you only have homes recorded then you can't expect to get a ticket for this

I think there is a high chance it'll drop to all homes

7 with no Madrid? Wouldn't that basically mean they qualified for a Madrid ticket but didn't buy one can't imagine there are many in that list!

Don't forget you need a visa for this,click on the link on the selling notice on the LFC website,loads of fake visa sites out there charging loads,correct price is $20 just under £17

Was only around 1200 Cat 3's with well over 4000 that qualified today so its hardly surprising that they have all been sold.

Liverpool FC has been working closely with UEFA and has been able to secure a small additional ticket allocation for the UEFA Super Cup to be played at Beşiktaş Park in Istanbul on Wednesday August 14.

Due to the increased allocation, a further sale will take place for those supporters who entered the ballot for the 2019 Champions League final but were unsuccessful.

Tickets will be available online only, from 1pm on Friday July 5 on a first come, first served basis, and supporters can purchase one ticket per person up to a maximum of four tickets per transaction.

They've proper cocked this up.

Those tickets were hidden in the first sale: meaning people who qualified automatically and would have preferred £45 had to purchase £80 tickets.

Then they were hidden at the start of today's sale: meaning people who would have preferred £45 had to purchase £80 tickets.

That aside - I really really really hope this sells out. The face lost with UEFA if not after negotiating extra tickets makes similar agreements difficult in the future.

So - if you wouldn't normally get the chance to go to a Euro away - cease this chance. Yep its not the cheapest, but you don't get the chance often and Istanbul is a great city.

Agree - my mate was in that position on Wed and had to go for cat 2, as he could only get online later on.

About 45000 people have been eligible to buy so far and there are shit loads of tickets left. And the people eligible to buy so far are the people who go most often.

Don’t worry we will defo sell out our allocation, all’s that has happened is those STH who couldn’t be arsed joining the autocup until we reached 2 champions league finals and were then allowed to leapfrog members with all previous games have decided to hold off purchasing tickets for this game in the spirit of fairness until those members who missed out on the autocup have purchased tickets and then they will swoop on the remaining tickets

Just been having a look at the ticket pages ahead of the bulk sales this week, what is the current criteria for this game, has it dropped to all members? Only asking as I have no European credits but it looks like I can buy tickets for this.

Yes no credits needed just need to be a member or season ticket holder to get one now.

I missed out in the initial UEFA ballot for Super Cup tickets but I've received an email from UEFA saying that some fans haven't paid for their tickets and they are now being re offered.

As I thought I'd missed out I've reallocated the money.
