Surely we aren't so wrapped up in our own image of ourselves as the upholders of the Liverpool Way that we are not going to take the opportunity to raise with the owners the number 1 issue?

If the club decide to censor matters and won't let the question be asked, that is one thing, if no one asks it then that's quite another, because if they get through two hours and not a single fan asks them why Roy is still in a job then they can safely assume we're all behind him can't they?

Now that they are in place and H&G are gone, it's surely the main issue we all want to know (even if it is also then only question they won't answer).

Your obviously being ill advized by someone at the club at present. Who is this person who believes Roy should be given more time?

Could you please explain the discrepancy between your words (about being totally committed to being successful) and your actions (or more precisely complete lack thereof) thus far?

There is only 1 question for me, but apparently I'm not allowed to ask it.

So I will crawl back into my hole until the question is no longer relevant.

Genuine question for them:

When you purchased the club what did you deem as an acceptable target this season, and how will failing to make that target impact on your plans? For instance, was the aim to qualify for next season's Champions League, and how far will it set back your plans when this doesn't happen?
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

1. You said that you will be listening and learning about our club and football in general. How is that going? Would you say you are now up to speed with regards to this clubs ethos and it's standing in world football.

2. With the structure of the club still under development from Board room to playing staff have you gained enough understanding of what the fans want with regards to the footballing philosophies of this club. If so what do you feel they are?

3. Are you concerned that the club are currently lying outside of European qualification places and that this may impact your short term vision for the club and maybe even the long term.

The team manager has recently been quoted as saying:

“For a team that wants to be in the top half of the table, our away form is not good enough.”

Is the embracing and acceptance of mid-table mediocrity by the manager shared by the board of Liverpool Football Club?

Thanks.

Really this a problem that they should never have needed to sort out .

Rafa should never have been sacked and the fans would have got behind him and the new owners to see what happened this season and if he could turn last season around.

Don't blame me I voted for Jeremy Corbyn!!

What do you think of our manager who has no dignity or class? A manager who has stated on many occasions he wants to be paid up in full when he's relieved of his duties?

Alot of us spend every last bit of cash we have left over following the Reds away. We travel hundreds of miles to some away games and tickets and travel are not cheap for the average fan, but we do it because we love them. Why do the majority of players not even bother to come and clap the travelling fans at the end of the game? Do you think some of them genuinally do not care about supporters?

i just emailed my question.
Quote
Hello Mr. Henry and Mr. Werner,

One of the first things you said when you bought the club is that you are here to win. Your records with the Red Sox surely proved that.

However, are you aware of that over 95% of the supporters are not happy with the way the team has been playing under the current manager, and we are worry about losing our best players if we don’t finish in the top 4. So what would you do to address this issue?

Regards,

Henry

hope we get some sort of indication related to the matter.
It is not impossible, its just improbable

Im pretty certain that this phone in will now be an exercise in futility due to the nature of whats happening on the pitch, i for one dont want smoke blowing up my arse about how many hats theyve sold since H&G have gone, or what plans they have for hotdog sales.

If the "Elephant in the room" question wont be entertained then theres little else that matters with LFC right now that is of any consequence given our position in footballing terms.

They have translated from Halmstads to Malmo, to Orebo to Neuchatel Xamax, to the Swiss national team, so I find the question insulting.

in a word, yes. and they could have relied on the advice, or services, of one of the most experienced and successful football people in the business who just happens to be a club legend and on the payroll.

1.  What is the current timetable for appointing a new CEO.  Has a shortlist been drawn up?
2.  Have you any further views on a '39th' league game and/or Liverpool playing a home game away from the city (or has Tom Werner already given further clarification on this since his initial statement?)
3.  How is the option appraisal on the new stadium going?  Are we any closer to making a decision on redevelopment or new build - and what opinions have they on groundshare?
4. What plans do they club have in the short to medium term to increase revenue given the current limitations on capacity at Anfield?  Do you intend to increase ticket prices?
5.  Is achieving Champions League football next year essential to your plan for the club?
6. May we ask what you see as your 3 and 5 year plan is the football team; the stadium and off field revenue creation?

Exactly. This must be the line to take no?

It is a question they can answer honestly without undermining Roy, they can indicate what their expectations are and suggest for the fans what has to be achieved to be deemed acceptable BUT importantly it is not a balls-out request to tell the fans he's getting the boot (which they would never do).

I think all those fans out there agitating for information from NESV are looking for a sign that they understand that we're about more than finishing in the top half, finishing in the top 7, finishing in the top 4, and this evening gives them an opportunity to show that.

If they want a manager to win the league, and are prepared to say that that is their aim, then we all know Roy will be gone sooner rather than later, even if not as quickly as we would wish.

Given that you are new to the sport of Football can you be sure you are getting the proper advice needed to make the changes needed at this club?

Are you in a position to disclose who is your most trusted advisor on all matters football?

Can you update us as regarding the stadium plans? Has a plan been developed yet for a new stadium in Stanley park or is the current thinking to redevelop Anfield. Also could you publicly state that you would never consider a groundshare with our bitter rivals.
Please consider the managers position if you do indeed exist to win trophies.
Thanks.

Do you have a timescale for the recruitment of a new CEO for the club?   And what are the prime attributes that you are looking for in the candidates for the position.  Are you looking for someone with extensive English football administration experience?  If not how are you planning to make informed decisions on the footballing side of the club?

Have you ever heard "if you're not moving forwards then you're moving backwards" ?

When will Roy Hodgson be removed from his position
"Whatever I say doesn't matter, though. What counts for something is every Saturday afternoon, or Sunday or Monday, that 90 minutes. We've got 12 times 95 minutes – I don't know how many minutes that is, but every one is going to count."  - Hodgson Feb 2011

If Liverpool supporters agreed to chip-in £5 each to pay-off Uncle Roy, would you consider about sacking him as soon as possible?

Count me in... i chip in 10 instead
